What information do we collect?

• We collect personal information about you and your business during registration.
• We collect your customer information as part of using the service.
• We may automatically record information that your browser sends when you visit a Touchflow web page. This data may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

What do we do with this information?

• We store your business personal information to maintain customer records for our business purpose only.
• We store your customer/client information to display in the applicable web pages your Touchflow users visit.

All collected information is used for the sole purpose of providing the service and is not shared with other organisations, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances;

• If you use an affiliate code on signup we share your customer name and the price of your monthly subscription plan with the affiliate.
• We have your consent.
• We have a good faith belief that access, use or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to
  • (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request,
  • (b) enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof,
  • (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or
  • (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Touchflow, its account or the public as required or permitted by law
•  Support requests may involve a third party provider to act on our behalf, any such provider abides by our privacy policy.

Do we sell this information?

No, We do not sell Business, Customer or Personal details or provide information to any external organisations for commercial gain.

Content ownership

Although Touchflow Process Control Systems owns or leases the servers, data storage, databases and all rights to the application, you retain the rights to your data and we will never sell or share your data with a third party or contact your clients directly. To access your data you require a fully paid account. Access to your data by any other means is not available.  We greatly respect the privacy of our accounts, and the privacy of their data.

Changes to this policy

From time to time we may make changes to this Privacy Policy. However we expect changes to be minor and will notify the account administrator of any changes to the Privacy Policy via the account contact email.
