Throw away your handwritten Booking Diary!
Touchflow provides a comprehensive Booking Diary. You can see the total of what is booked to come in and when they are coming in. You can easily see which of those jobs are coming in 'Today' with clear colour coding. Bookings can be made with only a few details or the complete details depending on what is available. We have included an auto-populate feature for repeat companies to avoid having to re-enter their information. Booking notes are included for additional details including the requirement of a loan car, pickup and other general notes. The 'Missed Bookings' list shows a display of past dated bookings that didn't turn up so you can easily follow up with these customers. Bookings are then turned into workshop jobs when they arrive at your workshop.
